SCROLL DOWN

.

The Bywater is a private club located along the beautiful French Broad river, convenient to both downtown and west Asheville. Our members and their guests are welcome to arrive by pavement on two wheels or four or by water, as we are the original in-town riverside take- out for paddlers.

We offer a full service bar from noon until 2am as well as an in-house kitchen serving sandwiches, tacos and salads from noon-midnight. Grills are still available for cooking out, and our grounds are filled with picnic tables and umbrellas plus we offer a cozy little back porch (heated in the winter). We are both children and dog friendly until night fall.  We invite you to come and enjoy the outdoors with us, sit by the fire, enjoy a refreshing beer or one of our signature  cocktails and live music from local/regional and traveling musicians throughout the week.

The goal of starting The Bywater nearly seven years ago was to create a place where people can come together and enjoy themselves in community and in nature. That is still our vision as we continue to co-create in an ever-changing space here in the mountains of western North Carolina.
